Child Health Issues

My son is 20 months old. He is not responding if we call him or ask to give something (like throw the ball etc). He just blabbers, he doesn't like to play with any toys now or read books, always sucking thumb. He used to talk few words, play with toys, read books,imitate us few months ago when he was at my native. I came back to my home it's been 3 months now he became very much silent. Even if we try to talk or play he just runs away. Even if we ask 100 times also he won't do or respond. Please let know if this is any developmental delay. Whom I should consult with?

What can I give a baby if there is fever. Baby age one and half years old. And if there is any cold what medicine can be given

Palm and sole of my baby is very warm for 1 year almost... because of this he not sleep well in night ...his foot searching for some cold place during sleep and he wake-up during night ..when i wet his feet with water then he relieved and sleep again...is tha deficiency of vitamin B ...plzz give me some advice and medications..

I HV 4 months old baby,I'm not getting enough milk from 3 rd month. There was no problem in first 2 months, I tried to increase breast milk with good diet ,but no use.is there any way to increase breast milk or is it possible should i start formula milk?

Hi, my niece is 1 yr 3 months old. She has been prescribed Vit B- compelx and vit C syrup. And the quantity to be given is 5 ml. It becomes difficult for us to give her that syrup since she refuses to drink and runs away. Is there any other method to give her like through milk or water. Since i am not sure about these methods because i am doubful that will get diluted. Kindly help. Thanks in advance !
