My son is 4 month's old crying a lot Put fingers in mouth drolling a lot face turned red..refuse to feed

Drooling of saliva and putting finger in mouth is usually normal at these age due to teething.... Crying a lot need evaluation to rule out any other causes... If gas trouble then you can give colocaid drops... Put nasal saline drops if there is nasal block...
