Hello Doctor My baby is suffering from cold and cough and guraka sound when he is in sleep. My doctor prescribed me the medicine sup Relent 2.5 ml for 5 days but the problem not yet cleared please suggest me the medicine my baby weight is 13 and 2 year 9 month.can I give fruits?
