My son has fever and running nose. And breathing problem in the night time. Please suggest medicines

My baby is 7 months old she was vomiting i gave her domstal 5drop for 3 time in a day and it stoped. But fever is coming frequently and nose is blocked. I used t98 paracetamol 5drops in 8hrs interval and nasocleaar for nose and for cold tminic syrup 5 drops but no result. My friend ask me to stop that syrup and use meftal p suspension for fever and kidpred for cold and ascoril d plus  but still no reault can i use this or should i consult doctor.

My son is 1 year old, he is not taking calcimax syrup and toneferone syrup, everytime we try he cries so much and not take syrup, can I mix these syrup with milk and feed him?

Hello my baby is 3 momths old and she closes eye as soon as gake her put in balcony and opens when taken inside. We had gone outside twice she kept sleeping didnt open the eye. Is this normal. She moves her eye when object moves stares at pictures too. M worried please suggest.

Stomach is paining and knee is going up and down during pain and stool is black with blood only at once but infant is crying loud for an hour during pain but now he is normal before blood in stool three days back he got fever and certain indigestion problem ie, diarhea or something.
