Dear Doc, my daughter is 7 month old and she has been detected covid positive in RT PCR test with reading 22. She is fine with no fever.. but slight cold.. what can I do pls suggest if any medication required for her Thanks

Give cetirizine syp 2.5ml once a day... Monitor spo2 level and it should be more than 94%....
