Child Health Issues

My son is 2.5 years old. He is 11 kg weight. He is suffering from fever, cold and running nose from the yesterday night. He couldn't breath during night time sleep due to cold. Please suggest medicine with dosage. Now am giving p250 dosage of 5ml and citzine syrup of 5ml.

Hi My Daughter is 11 months old but still no no sign of teeth. Also we had already given four doses of dexel nanobots as prescribed by her pediatrician. Is it normal for teething process to be delayed??

My baby is 6 months old before 15 days back she get fever more than 100 is down within 2 day and before week her pediatrician told she geting teeth so she get irritated and crying and from two days her body temperature some time feeling hot after some time normal when checkd temperature 97 98 98.9 coming from today evening she start crying and more time passing urine she had sm cold she sleeping more than usual this is all because off teething or else plz advice

Please suggest can we treat this without surgery and if surgery is mandotory than by when we should plan and any estimate cost idea in Delhi NCR. From 3 day her body temperature some time feeling hot after some time normal when i checked temperature 97 98 98.9 from evening her body is again feeling hot i checkd 101.9 she passing urine more and she little have  cold feeding normal little bit crying this is all because off teething or. Hi doctor, My son is walking with knees or legs wide apart. His age is 16 months+ . We have visited doctor 6days before he told it might be bow legs. And prescribed gemcol  twice daily and ultra vitamin d3 once weekly and to visit after a month.  Height is 84-86cm weight 11.6kg active to v active baby , all developments r good. Please suggest solution for us. My wife is still breastfeeding to my son. She is having thyroid problem so is it better to stop breast milk? As part of breakfast we give him 1 apple ,4-5 almonds,milk by making paste in mixer. And  mashed boiled white egg 4-5 times per week. For meals (3 times) we feed him with rice spinach chana dal and tur dal daily finely coocked in cooker Sometimes we add ghee Sometimes We add curries also whatever we make. We feed non veg like chicken, mutton, fish to him by mixing in his meals weekly twice.

Can I give tonoferon for my son who is 2yrs.9months. I would give drops before 1 yr. It's been long we have not consulted doctor can I now give him tonoferon syrup? Until lockdown as we don't go out so
