My daughter is 3.9 years old and she keeps tossing and turning in bed every one
hour. She gets up, sits down and then goes back to sleep and all this while she's asleep in the night. I'm worries she's not getting enough healthy sound sleep. She will rotate through the bed in the night and sit up multiple times. I thought she was hungry initially or has trouble with her tummy but I'm not sure. Is this normal.
