My neck back pain plese suggest any medicine And eyes uneasy please solutions my problem Tablets suggest

My son is 13 months old on 6/08/20 in the morning he has fever which gets better after giving paracetamol syrp and there was no fever in the night. On 16/08/20 he again has fever in the morning and after giving paracetamol it goes down and temp again started increasing after 3 to 4 hrs. when we give tablet fever decreases and then again after 3 to 4 hrs it increases. Today also fever came but not that high. Should i continue paracetamol. how long it will take fever to become normal.

My 44 day old baby is crying after feeding and also just licking and biting her hands while burping. She is not sleeping even she feels sleepy. She will take nearly 1 hr for every feed. My lactation is also good. What is the issue? when we put her down to sleep she is crying. Is there anything we need to worry about? Pls advise

Dear Sir/Madam My son is of 2.5 years old, last 3 days he is doing potty 5 to 6 times in a day due to climate change. Sometimes he is doing liquid and sometimes solid. But rest of the activities are normal. Other than this He don't have any other problem. Can you please suggest any remedies will help him to get out of this problem.

Hi My son is 5.5 years old and he was having very high fever from last 4 to 5 days dr ask for CRP iron and other blood tests, report I have attached his CRP is 180 so what should I give him to eat and what not as he is not eating anything just taking liquid diet. And want to know why it goes that high what can be the reason.
