Having high fever from 2-3 days, there is fluctuation in body temperature, Day before yesterday breathing problem came because of excessive fever.

My son is 3 months and a week old. His weight is 4.4 kgs. Height is 61 cms and HC is 40 cms. Birth weight was 2.4 kgs I feel his growth is not usual but he is active always. Any suggestion please on how to increase his growth rate in terms of weight? Is their any other things which affecting his growth rate I should consider and take care? 1st month he gained 500 gms 2nd month he gained 600 gms 3rd month he gained 750 gms We are only breastfeeding him and not adding any formula. Any suggestion to mother to follow which helps to increase baby weight?
