Child Health Issues

13 month old used to make less eye contact, rare smiles and not responding to name otherwise he is good eater and sleeper, playful, shows some gesture through his hands. But as per pediatrician he was having low blood and need to reduce screen time which we did and hence he improves with eye contact and smiles when we are in the front of him. But still not responding to name. My concern is does cow milk, sooji and daaliya trigger Autism symptoms?

My son is having fever since last three days, watery eyes, runny nose, and find sleeping problem , given him paracetamol, cetrazine and amoxicillin  but fever is not going away, now dr priscribed monocef 50, lecope, omnacortil and paracetamol ibuprofen syrup , should i switch to these medicine

My baby is coughing at times during feed. Resulting in vomiting or spitting up. He is exclusively in breastfeed and is having a problem in potty. Potty is irregular and happens after 5 days or so. His stomach keeps bloating at times though we manage to burp him often. What can be the reason for cough. What medication can be given to him. He is only 3 months old now.
