My babys birth weight is 2.660 kg and at 1.5 month he is 3.8kg is it ok or is he underweight please reply

My 2 yr 9 months daughter is having fever since evening 101 degrees. I gave her approx 5 ml dolo-120 paracetamol syrup. Shall I repeat the dose after 6 hrs. She is not showing any other symptoms.

Hi doc I accidentally hit my baby's head on the water tap today. Tap got hit above the front fontanelle. She is 10 months old. She cried while hitting but no vomiting or passing out. There is little scar without any blood trace in the area. She was active within 20 seconds of crying. Is there anything to be worried? Should i take her to pediatrician?I am very worried since afternoon. Please help me out.

My babies complete 1year n doctor told to come after completing one year 20days for vaccine of one year...but bec of some issues it's already 50days late so next week am going to hospital for der vaccine...so is it k of delay or I should go this week itself
