Both parents are covid + are in isolation in same home, what precautions should we take please advice.

Hi Sir,. My daughter is 3 months old, she has vaccinated first (1 & 1/2 months vaccination) on 7th April 2021, now her next vaccination (2 &1/2 months vaccination) was today.... but she has been taken the pneumonia vaccine on 26th April , Hence her pediatrician suggested to have (2&1/2 months vaccination) on 1st June along with the 2nd dose of Pneumonia vaccine. So I am worried about the 45 days delay in her 2nd vaccination. Is it okay to delay the vaccination as per current situation ? Much appreciate your feedback/suggestions. Thank you!

My son 1.5 yrs vomits after/during eating usually after a cough like the food got stuck in his throat and after that he vomits. We try to give only liquid foods like ceralac, suji kheer, khichdi, daliya and mother's milk. Is it gag reflex ? Will it get better with time ?

And medical owner give 1) Mictal plus (paracetamol 125 mg and mefenamic acid 50 mg) 2) Evoxil- CV dry syrup (amoxicilin and potassium clavulnate 228.5 mg) And prescription 2 ml both syrup thrice in a day. My baby's body weight 10 to 12 kg. Please suggest exact dosage and best medicine for Fever.
