4 month baby poop after every feed
My 4 month old baby girl has suddenly started pooping frequently, almost after every feed. The poop is green in color, mucus like consistency and has bits like white curdled milk. She is mostly breastfeed but takes formula once or twice a day. Is this normal?

If stool in not watery, if she is passing urine well, and gaining adequate weight then it is normal. This is called as breast milk stools. Stop bottle feedind if you are doing it.

may need stool exam if she is bottle fed and not gaining weight, and not passing adequate urine. consult pediatrician, because top feeding can cause GI infection.
