Child Health Issues

Hi sir / madam, baby son is 9 months old he is getting the upper tooth bcz of that yesterday he went for motion (water kind motion) around 5 times and he has passed urine only once that too yesterday morning, after that he has not passed the urine. And he has reduced the food intake from past 2 days. (Since breast milk is insufficient we are providing him the homemade cerelac, nuts powder and ragi malt ( according to his demand) ) plz provide me any suggestions for baby to pass the urine , we are very much worried abt him.

My son is 3 months old. He is used to drink both mother feed and formula as well everyday. But 3 days before we got him vaccinated. After that his appetite significantly reduced and not at all drinking formula milk. His body is also chill (but thermometer temperature is normal). Any thing to be done now?

My son is of 7 months from couple of days he is suffering from vomiting and loose motions. Kindly suggest.

I have a concern that if baby starts taking milk through bottle then do they stop taking breastfeed? My baby is 5 months 20 days old now and from past 1 month I was trying to give her milk through bottle ( since my milk had started to reduce). Now she has started taking it through bottle but now she refuses to take breast feed even at nights.

Sir, My cousin recommended bathing my 5yr old daughter in warm water always. Is it good to do daily bathing in warm water daily? Do this will have any side effect in bathing in warm water daily?
