Child Health Issues

My 5 months old son got paranychia in right ring finger with pus and redness swelling in the finger 4 days before. We have done a treatment and surgeon removed the pus and adviced antibiotics retrafix 50mg and babygesic syrup 1 ml for 5 days. But again he got  swelling and the little pus in the area. He is crying because of pain. May I know how to treat this?

My 2yr 10month old baby is having tonsils. What should be done. Is this anything to worry.. What r the steps to be followed at home

I m the mother of a 5 week old baby...she isn't sleeping for the past 8 hrs... every time she feeds she becomes drowsy in 20 mins...falls asleep but wakes up in the next 15 mins... when she wakes, she is cranky for a few mins... then becomes normal for 10 to 15 mins...again becomes cranky.. this is what she does most of the nights.. in the mornings she sleeps well.. what should I do to make her sleep at night?

From last one month not feeling well ,leave food ,diet become less,not taking salt, previously lost of taste and smell when it come back it feels bad smell and taste

My daughter, 5.6 yrs. With 15 kg. My friends says to bathe my child twice a day(morning and evening) only in warm water, not in normal water. Is it good to do that daily?

My child has been suffering from fever (101-103 )  from today and loose motion for 3 times after lunch. He has  negligence for food. He is telling for vomiting but not yet vomit till now. Paracitamol 250 liquid has been given. But can't understand what to. Is it the sign of 3rd wave?

I'm taking lactare capsules 6 and galact granular powder 1tbs in a day.. is it okay to continue same for another 3 months ? Is it safe or overdose causing any issue ?

Hi Madam/Sir, He is unable to form sentences but able to speak few words(30 words). From past few months his words count is increasing but at very slow pace. He understands whatever we say and follows instructions. He points out the objects we say. Says few of the numbers. He likes to play and spend time with other children.His grandfather and father both had speech delay....Is speech delay hereditary? Whom should we consult for this issue?

Sir/ Madam, My baby is 7 months old.His birth weight was 2 kg.Now he is 7.4 kg.We are giving him complimentary feeds like Baby vita banana powder,Nestum rice cereal,Home mafe khichdi with spinach,carrot,potato along with formula milk feed.My babies weight good but why my baby don't look bulky or fat...??

Sir/Madam, My baby boy is 7 months old.I give him complimentary feed along with formula milk but my doubt is how much should be the time gap between feedings.Means how to prepare a schedule for babies feeding..,??
