This is a case of subacute mesenteric lymphadenitis.

Then repeat USG and measure the size of submesentric lymphnodes

Cue and urine culture reports r normal. Abdominal pain may b due to mesenteric lymphadenitis. Kindly do usg abdomen and consult paediatrician for the course of antibiotic.

Mesenteric lymphadenitis is a infection of the lymph nodes in the abdomen. The cause are multiple. It can cause pain and fever in children
You have to give a course of oral antibiotics and pain medication.
