Child Health Issues

Hi Doctor, I have 4 months old son 11th june he will turn to 5th month. we have started him to feed home made Cherry with mother's milk constant but he passes stools weekly twice or thrice sometimes. Please suggest me what to do.

My 10 days baby has no spot of BGC Vaccine on his arm. I am not sure if it's fine or not. There is no swallon and no pain. Please confirm if it's fine or not.

My daughter had fever yesterday she was given medicine now she doesn't have fever but she is having loose motion..the Motion s watery..wat medicine can be given..her weight s 31kg

Hi doctor.. After breastfeeding my 3 week old son, is there any way I can check his tummy and tell if he is full or not ?

My son is 25days old.He poops a little after every feed and almost 20 to 25 times a day.Is it normal?colour is yellow. He makes cranky sounds while sleeping. I think he can't have sound sleep because of some discomfort.

My 4 y o son is passing semi solid, dark in color stool 2-3 times a day. He was prescribed nutrilin b and eristozyme since last 3 days. Is stool test required? If yes which test? What could be the reason for such stool.

My baby is aged one month.He is having problem with colic.Doctor suggested Colimex SOS basis .If not relieved with this ,he also advised to apply Pacimol after 30 min from Colimex drop.Most of the times Colimex could not pacify the pain and Pacimol was applied. Is these medicines fine or medicines like Neopeptine would be a better option as preventive measure?

My son is 5 month old and from some days He is not taking milk properly he is on breastfeeding only. when he sleeps then he takes milk and only 3 to4 min.

My baby is 5 month old and he is having loctose intolerance problem. When he was of26 days tht i noticed bloody stool of my baby after that doctors suggest me to switch the dairy products and i did. Then he is recovering from that day. And now he wil be 6 month old and i want to  give him dairy products but i am confused to give him or not. So please suggest me.. What should i do. Should we do stool test again ? Or if we start the baby's dairy products so it will be dangerous ?  products but  i m confused that i have to give or not...
