My son (2.75 years old) has constipation for past 3 days and Any syrups you recommand for soft stool (loosener)?

Hello .. Constipation in a toddler is a diet related issue. You need proper counseling regarding what to add and remove from diet for constipation to resolve. Medicines are only a temporary management. Unless diet ice corrected, there is risk of recurrent constipation on leaving medication. For now, if you need laxative, can use muout powder but the dose is weight based so you need to tell what the wieght is.
