Is ibugesic plus syrup is safe for kids
Hi, My kid's doctor has prescribed ibugesic plus syrup 6 ml for fever for my daughter who is 2.75 yrs old. I want to know if it is safe for my doctor or should i give some other medicine. Please suggest.

plain ibugesic is preferred over ibugesic plus for high fever you can give 3 ml of ibugesic syrup if fever is more than 101 deg F if fever 99-101 deg F,please give only syp calpol 2503 ml sos/every 6th hourly

initally better to give plain paracetamol... fever not responding to paracetamol ...or high grade than switch to ibugesic.... its cause more gastritis  and other site effecr as compare to paracetamol..

Plain paracetamol is better,, Ibugesic plus is a irrational combination but can be used sometimes one or two doses
