Child Health Issues

My baby is 5 months old. Since yesterday she is a little cranky and irritable. Today she also vomited milk 10-15 minutes after breast feed. One thing to note is that today morning was the first time we gave her a tiny bit of mango Shake for taste. Is there something to be concerned about?

Dear doctor, My new born baby is 15 days old and on 3 day his billirubin increases at 14.6 then doctor suggested to admit him atleast 48 hours ..after phototherapy his billirubin level decreases at 7.5 but on 15 th day when we visited to doctor he again told us to do test Tsh, coomb test, thyroid, haemogram, blood group. and all test reports comes normal but billirubin level again increases at 10.3... I m very tensed now please suggest what to do ..is it  dangerous sign ??? Pls help me

My 8 month old baby girl's head soft spot is getting softer which was earlier had become hard. Nowadays it's getting so soft & head skins also feels like sagging in that area. Another problem is, we had trimmed baby's hair, but trimmed hair hasn't grown well. Request you to please help 🙏

He his 5mnths old ,we are using sebamet soap since 1mnth he became black in colour, before that we used teedybar soap , after birth to 3mnths he was white in colour but now become tomuch black looks like pigmentation on his skin ,so please suggest a soap

Hello doctor, my baby is 7 months 25 days old. Usually night before he sleep i wear him diaper. i dont change his diaper during night times as his sleep disturbs. he stays with the same diaper over night. morning times i use him only cloths not diapers. today i noticed he is passing his urine in yellow colour and very little quantity he is passing it. is there any infection. m much worried .pls clarify my doubt doctor.
