Hello,
3 drops has been prescribed to my 44 days old baby.
Tasiron - 5 drops daily
Neopeptine - thrice daily 10 min before feed
Superflora - 5 drops daily
Kidrich - Vitamin D3 going on since day 4
Is it necessary to give all n if yes how shud it be given at what time interval?

Kidrich is most important. It should be given till 1 year of age. In India most people including mothers and children are deficient in vitamin D3. Breast milk doesn't contain enough Vit D3 if mother is not exposed to sufficient sun light. So vit D3 should not be missed. Rest of medicines are optional and they promote health. Fix a time, like after bath or some schedule and give it regularly. You can use all of them at a time or divide them as two batches. TesIron drops can be given in between feeds. Tesiron improves blood. Superflora improves friendly bacteria of gastrointestinal system. Neopeptine contains digestive enzymes
