Hepatitis vaccine site swollen
My son now 2 months old.. At birth received BCG now the site has pus collection and oozing is it normal to have pus in that BCG lump or it s a sign of infection??? And another doubt is he Received hepatitis b vaccine at 6 weeks in primary health center.. The vaccinated site was rubbed well on the vaccinated day and next day... Now it's been 12 days still his thigh tat s vaccinated site s hard inside .what to do ?

Both these are normal reactions after vaccines.
BCG clean with antiseptic solution.
6 week vaccine swelling sometimes takes longer.
