My 2.8yr old baby has this sacral dimple .does it cause any kind of problem in future .what does sacral dimple mean .do i need to check with pediatrician .

My 11 month baby's teething is late, I want to know before for this purpose then Doctors suggest for calcium syrup and calcium fortified food. So I want to know for good calcium syrup and doses and some calcium enriched food.Please help me.
