Child Health Issues

My 3 years old daughter urinates frequently (every 5 to 10 minutes). But no smelling or irritation problem.

Dear Dr. 3months before, i have observed my baby(2year old) while walking he used to lift the foot and I thought he is enjoying like that.... later he is continued the same and I have seen his foot and found that some of skin thickness with white dot at centre and whenever i am touching that part he felt pain and not allowing me to do again .. It is looks like Corns and calluses but I am not sure why is it created for him.pls explain why it is happened? Cloud you please suggest some medicine for this?..in future, it will come again or not. My son is having loose stools filled with mucus and sometimes froth from 4 days and doc suggested to give METROGYL for 3 times 5 days stating he might have lactose intolerance. Also, she told to stop formula since he was formula fed from birth(due to bad health condition of the mother). He is having only rice, nestum, rice ganji, curd from 4days. Hi We have kid which is 1.4 years old and unfortunately he has mosquito bites one night because of which he has big red spots. It's been 3 days now but spots are not going away(attached pic took today) and he has itching all the spots. Not sure,if anything to worry about? We are using "Terabet GM" skin cream for the same. Also given Xtrex syrup. Attached screenshots for reference.
