Child Health Issues

My daughter had fever and loose motion from yesterday afternoon, temperature was 101.2 , I gave her fepanil 120 (4 times) now fever is reduced body temperature is 95.4, but she is passing green color stools(loose motion) pls tell me hw to treat, is it normal. Yesterday 6 times in little amount, today 4 times as of now, I just gave her pomegranate juice, will that help to stop loose motion.

Hi doctors. My 3 month old daughter has this white patch on her neck since she was born. Can you tell me what is it? Is any medication required? Is it something to be concerned about?

My son is of 2 years and 5months old. Yesterday he spoke a new word, di for that he stretched his neck, lower jaw ,seems bahut mushkil se bol pa raha ho . Rarely he does eye contact. He understands ,what we speak but not 100%. Physically very active. Imitates others. But for the speaking part ,I m worried. And he says papa Ma Baba Go Come Doggie jao Gagga aa gayee.... Shushu and potty ke liye bhi ishare karkra hai bolta nahi hai . Says every male papa. What should I do? I am in Gwalior...if any one knows to whome I should consult Please help.

I m feeding my baby every 3 hours but I think his stomach is not getting full after my breast feeding...I tried to give formula milk but he spits up whenever I tried to give... Also from 2 days whenever I breastfeeding after that he spits up some milk like sticky liquid..is it normal?? Also doctor told me that after every feeding you have to burp for 20min which is now too hectic for me..and dur to this I having chest pain now. Pls suggest what to do?? 1. Spitting sticky liquid after breast feeding is normal or not? 2. He is having gases problem..he passes many gases . What to do? 3. After my breast feeding he wake up every 2 hr and demand more milk. I think his stomach is not getting full..and after that when I tried to give formula milk through spoon and katori he rejects every time..now pls help me in this case 4. Is it compulsory to burp 20min  everytime after feeding?? I m very stressed and very confused what to do...I don't know whether my baby getting enough milk or not?

Lactonic granules powder takes how much time to increase breast milk..i want to stop formula feed... My baby born in 36 weeks so she find difficult in sucking breast milk

Hi ,Iam feeding my 10 month baby who was born on c section,whether I can vaccinate now?which should be better covaxin or covid shield??after getting vaccinated can I feed my baby? Doctor in one of the Govt hospital told us that covid vaccination is not advisable now as it is under trial phase and also she told that child may have hormonal imbalance..kindly clarify
