Is it safe to take covid vaccine for a mother who is feeding a 2 months baby? Is there any side effect either on the mother or on the baby? Please guide me..

My twins are 8 months old now,they are eating solids but my breast milk production has gone to zero. They were on both breast milk and formula milk from the beginning now I'm only giving  them formula milk 2-3 times a day,is it something to be worried about? What can I do
