Dental Gums Swollen and Tongue Swollen
My 1.8 years son having gum swollen problem from last 3days having normal 101.5 fever comming only morning and evening. He is not having food from last 2days except mother feeding and today affected tongue too. I have visited pediatrics & recommended to take paracetamol & adviced to visit to a dentiest too. Then I have councelted dentiest too & advised that  the gum & tongue affcted bez of viral infection & fever so returned back with out any prescription
