2 year old niece gets fever again and again almost 3 to 4 times a months no other complaints is this something problematic what to be done temp ranges from 100 to 101 attached the latest report plz suggest

My baby daughter has completed five months recently I want to know that when to start solid food for her ,and which solid food are good for her ?

My kid is 5 years old and we are using Calpol 250 syrup for fever every 6 hours and Meftal P in between if it's high fever. Can someone suggest is it fair to use it.
