My baby is 1.3 years old. Today I observed that rashes on her back side of right ear. Attached the photo of the rash. Please check and suggest.

It is fungal infection (Candidiasis) Apply candid cream two times a day. Keep the  area dry and clean . Maintain Personal hygiene.
