  4. Fever due to infection. Serious problem?

Fever due to infection
My son blood test report shows acute infection, high crp 53 with low hb 8.9gm. After taking antibiotic his fever was reduced. Bt at night time he has fever ranges from 99 to 100. What can i do? Is there any serious problem? Here i attached lab reports. Help me
