Child Health Issues

Hi doctor my son is having fever between 99 to 101 degree from yesterday evening is this a viral fever. We came from hometown yesterday done RTPCR 72 hour before it was negative. Is this a viral fever or something serious . We have a history of covid 3 month ago including son. Plz suggest that to do.

Sir I am from.assam.my son is having  cough and fever from last two days . I gave him Calpol and cough syrup. But he is not eating his food not even the chocolate which is his favourite. I think he is having a sore throat,dats why he is not eating,he starts crying during his feeding time. Please advise me what should I do. From last two days he has not taken his meal.

I delivered my baby 6 days ago. I have concieved with irregular period n pcod. I did face problem of lactation for 2 days after delivery n had to switch to formula milk incase of emergency. But now my baby z not sulking well while feeding n z ok with formula milk only. What can I do to help my baby to breastfeed?

Hi Doctor, My baby birth weight is 3 kg.. Now she is 10 mth old, but her weight is 6.8 kg only. Pls suggest medicine or foods which increases baby weight.

My baby took birth on 10th of aug. On 13 Aug his jaundice wad 11.9 total. Photo therapy was given for 2 days then I discharged. Dr dais come after 2 days ,will see baby.so went on 17 Aug dr said jaundice is ok. On 20 again I took baby ,he said 2 week tak rahta hai, jaundice. Bas dhoop dikhao. Even when I started breast feed from that day his stomach is also not good, after each breastfeed he does potty and shushu. Dr is saying bachha doodh pee raha hai na, potty ,shishu kar raha hai, so raha hai... Sab thik hai... Par mujhe thik nahi lag raha hai.

Can a baby 1 moth old 15 days sleep without being u swaddle is it ok? Plz let me knw. She has her hands moving in air if slept unswadlle

My baby born at 2 may 35 wks birth weight 2.23 kg now 5.5kg earlier he used to take bottle feed along with breastfeed but now he refuse bottle and if I give him with spoon and katori he cries so badly only breastmilk which he drinks each time only for 15 min max and at night he doesn't and he sleeps continously for 6 hours when I wake him up he takes breastmilk only 5 min and doesnot suck if I force him he vomits all of it and in evening he often cries and doesn't suck at all I am afraid I feel my milk supply is reduced and he is left hungry what should I do plz help he is abt to be 4 months

My child is 4 years n  having rickets problem and doctor is given her vitamins and calcium syrup to be taken on daily basis From the last  2 to 3 days I have seen worms coming out from her motions and wanted to confirm that can we give her deworming medicine at the same time ....  Is it possible after giving shelcal n vitcofol kids motion appears to be black or greenish in colour...plz Suggest can we give her deworming syrup...

Bilirubin test was done after 48 hrs of born. Direct bilirubin was 0.20mg/dl and indirect bilirubin was of 9.70 mg/dl... Which is sum up of total bilirubin of 9.9mg/dl. Is he having jaundice? Is bilirubin range fine or do we need to consult pediatrician on this?
