Baby has fever.
My baby is 1.5 years old. Weighs 10.7 kg. She has fever, cold, and cough for 3 days. Her doctore advised meftal p, azithromycin, montair LC , asthakind and zincovit. She has passed urine only once in the morning. She is not eating anuthing only having breastmilk and little water. Is it due to dehydration or medication?

please do not use too many drugs for minor problems. since you have stated, continue for 3days. iwould have given only paracetamol and Home made Concoction_ KADDA

Baby should pass urine at least once every 4 hours. Dehydration is likely. Please visit a hospital and consult a pediatrician
