Deep gash on the chin from rim of a steel utensil. I have cleaned with Dettol and applied betadine. What else can I do? He is not letting me cover it, ripping off bandages. Should I use Tbact instead of betadine?

greetings to you.you have done right, try to cover with band aid. if it is deep , you can give a stitch to . never mind this time, but if it happens again ,be aware of it , we bring we give a stitch to prevent scar formation. immunization is update otherwise one dose of triple antigen.
