Child Health Issues

Hello Dr, I am a mother of 27 days baby. The baby sometimes demands feed for long sometimes nearly upto an hour or even longer otherwise becomes fussy. I produce enough milk. So my concern is whether this will have some adverse health effects. Your advice please. Thanks.

10 months old baby is suffering from cold since 2 days. What kind of medication, need to be taken  ?

Past one day my son (14kgs) is suffering for fever and cold is from 10days. Doctor given the medicine P250 ( 6PM every 6hrs), Swich 100(3.5 ml 3 times), Maxtra (3.5 ml 3 times). My kid Taking diet normally when the temperature comes down. Fever is comes and goes for every 4 hrs. From yesterday night onwards we started giving swich 100. But fever is not getting down ( complete night). Please tell me what to do
