Baby is 2 and half month now.. Vaccination done today.. His body heat and have some feverish about 99.7 degree and also swelling and redness on his leg were injection is done.he is crying very much... How many times paracetamol give to him?? What to do about swelling on his leg?? Help me out please

Child is 3 year now but not started solid food,fruit, vegetables only eating ragi malt...she don't know not even chewing ...not even eating chocolate and biscuit only milk and Ragi malt... really I'm worried how to start rice,veggies,fruits if we give any thing she start vomenting...she don't know chewing... she don't like foods...she started hating ragi malt but not eating anything else please help me...
