Hi,
My baby is premmie was there in NICU for 9days he is not able to suck my milk and I'm not getting enough milk after taking lactare tabs.
How do I manage baby to have direct feed??
He is weighing 1.8kg.

Right feeding technique or express milk with pump and feed the baby. I recommend breast feeds which has so many advantages even later in life. Prevents many diseases in adolescents and adults. If any problem with nipples , handle it. But must continue with breast feeds. Your determination will work. Otherwise follow formula feeds.

Hello , take plenty of oral fluids, don’t feel stress. Take healthy diet for milk production.consult lactational counsellor so tat she can guide you. Express milk and give with paladai.
