ANY GEL ON THE INJECTION SITE? Baby weight is 3.30kg now. Birth weight 2.250kg at 37weeks 2 days

I want to know if the nose piercing can be done while feeding the child. I am 37 years old and the child is 3 months old completely on breastfeed. Is there any side effect on baby or me of piercing? Should it be done or not while feeding.

Hi,My baby is 33 days old and is having majorly formula feed. Also, when I try for BM my baby is again hungry after max 30 mins. Is there any side effects of formula feed and how can I switch to BM as milk supply is also extremely less even if same is pumped manually
