Give steam inalation. Give Indian herbs Kadda.Ready made is also available. Home made is always better . Take 150ml of drinking water+fresh crushed ginger, + jaggary, + 3 whole black peppers, + 3 cloves, boil the concoctionto concentrate to 100ml. Cool ir and serve it warm.2times a day for 3 days.
