Child Health Issues

Hi My son was born on 30 July 2021 via normal delivery his sugar level was initially monitored and was fine ( range 80 from beginning) but today it went down to 38. I'm not having enough milk to feed him. Is that the reason? His sugar spiked after taking formula (15 ml) range 83. Please note I had gtt done on 7th month and my gtt was positive and sugar was controlled using diet and exercise.

My two year old daughter not sleeping properly from last 2 days during night and day time. Everytime when she is in sleep then after one or two hours she started crying loudly and takes sides on bed and pulled her legs, I given some of colic and gas relief drops along with Drovir Ds but she takes 3-4 hours back on sleep and most of in day time refused to sleep. Her disturbance persists from last two days.

LHi Doctor.. my baby haven’t passed motion from last 5 days… and crying frequently from last 2 days.. so should we give any medicine to past 5 days. And he is 50days old….he is strecting hard and grunting  and time lap of sleep is also reduced.only breastfeeding baby and baby is startling more frequently from past 2days

Early mrng abc juice with milk of 100ml Breakfast 2idly Mid mrng 1 boiled egg and 100ml vegetables soup( Greenleaf pumkin beans potato mutcose bottle guard)all at a tym Lunch dhal rice And pomo juice Evng milk with dates of 150ml Nd banana Dinner 1 dosa or upma Bed tym 200ml milk Apart frm dis wht can be added for weight gain Daily adding ghee to dhal rice

My son is two years old ,he is responding and speaking few word like papa ,Nana, dada. He has no issue in listening and also understanding while asking something. Please suggest, is it any sign of problem?

Consipitation for 4 Days, she is 40 days baby my daughter. Drinking purely mother's breast milk. But now it is the 5 th day of consipitation

My 2 months old baby is having projectile vomit in huge quantity daily 1- 3 times daily. She is on exclusively formula feed Nan pro 1. Her poo is also very tight and greenish tan color, Also she fart a lot. I am giving her burping after every feed and also give milk in elevated position.

Good evening sir/mam, My daughter is 6month old and last month she have 2teeth,but she is not started sitting,is its normal ?she is trying for crowning ,can I give to her multiple vitamin?

My son had fever before 12days, and persist for 7days time max103.8 and 98 in low. and now gone totally last 4days he had only runny nose and blocked in Morning nasalclear given. For cold as per doctor advised given 2syrups in 5days course. All medicine giving properly he s active so far, started eating better too. But yesterday my mom put vaccinated this night mom and he got slight do i need to worry for covid? Or. Any other fever test need?
