Can I give sothrex junior, azithral and cofdexP to my six months baby in case of cough from three days ... Mild fever too

My daughter is getting fever frequently after 12 hours, 10 months back she had urine infection. Since 3 days she is suffering from fever. But she playing very happily and eating food well. No other symptoms observed. Could you please help me with this situation. Thank you.

Just want to know how much farex number1 milk can we feed our baby girl 25 days old How can we feed ??? When can we start milk bottle ?? We are feeding through dropper.. How much ml can be given 30ml +1 scoop or 60ml + 2 scoop . I am not Breast feeding as it's not working out for me. Thanks

My baby is 21 months old and got a fever one month back and when we do blood tests CRP is 52. Admitted in the hospital and the doctor prescribed antibiotics for five days. Post discharged fom hospital the baby is getting low fever every week for one or two days. After one mont, baby got high fever 102 and the CRP value is 152 and ESR 70. Again baby admitted to the hospital and the doctor giving antibiotics (baby is also having motions). We have done abdomen scan and it is normal. Really tensed how we can come out of this. Now the baby is fine and active, feeding well, but worrying after few days CRP may rise again. Requesting for valuable inputs please.

My 4 years daughter sleeps only 8 hours a day she find in so difficult to sleep.what could be the reason?

My daughter is 3, having on and off fever since last night. She was very active until then, sudden fever after 10pm. Dint give any medicines, she slept almost ok throughout the night. I had a query already. My daughter, 3 years, had sudden on and off mild fever from 10PM last night till early morning. No fever at all since she woke up in the morning. Vomiting/ feeling nauseous/ spitting saliva often since she woke up. Is it due to acidity? She had a mild breakfast; still she says she feels like vomiting, but not vomiting and only keeps on spitting saliva. She is normal and active otherwise.
