Give her plenty of oral fluids.
Get urine examination done.
Syp.citralka 2.5 ml three times a day.

Hello , it may b urine infection. Go for urine examination to rule out infection. Give her plenty of oral water, coconut water. Give syp citralka 2 ml in 1 glass of water thrice daily for 3 days.
