My 7 days old baby has vomitted twice in last 3-4 hrs. I also feel like he also has loose motion. Is it because of cold.

Alternate days morning time my daughter wakes up with headache and start vomiting. What will be reason and which department I have to counsult. She is having this problem at least one week now
