My baby is passing watery green poop everytime she is pooping.She poops 2-3 times a day and everytime it is watery.Is it normal?

Hi, Daughter vomited in the afternoon and got fever from afternoon Temperature 100F in the afternoon when she woke up from sleep Gave calpol at 5. Now temperature 102F. Age - 3 years and 7 months Please help.
