My son is having 100.6 fever from night. But afternoon it was reached 102. After giving calpol fever reduced but it is repeating after 5 hours. Please suggest me some medicine.

MY son has been diagnosed with suppurativr tonsillitis. And is on medications as follows - Augmenting DDS Ibugesic plus Viscodime The antibiotic course is complemented now. But fever is under control till the ibugesic plus works. And then it agin shoots to 104-105 range. It's his 5th day of fever today. Weight - 12 kgs age -3.5 years
