Feeling uncomfortable while passingurine

My daughter is 6 months old and is having issues and feeling uncomfortable while urinating and farting. When in diapers she is having 0 or less than 2 urinations in many hours. However looks like she is diaper resistant as once daiper is removed she is urinating but making different guestures of uncomfortablilty. Is this a cause of concern?

He had already received rota virus first and second dose at 1.5 month and 2.5 month but this time he has not taken 3rd dose of rota virus due to unavailability of vaccine.
