Paracetamol
My babies age is 5 month she is having continuous fever since three hours around 100.2 we have given 0.7ml paracetamol around 1 am now it is 4.27 am , can I give her same doses again in gap of three and half hours? Weight-6.30 Gender-female

You can give paracetamol now. You can give it 6 times a day maximum. Roughly every 4 hours but sometimes 3.5 hours is ok. Please visit a pediatrician
