Child Health Issues

Sir, 1.   My son age 4 years not taking food. Every time we have to feed him forcely. In starting stage also he didn't drink milk from his mother. Bottle feeding during his sleep time only. When he was awake he used to refuse and vomit. Same thing happening now also. 2.  His mother used to feed him rice with sambaar, rasam or any liquid curry or curd.  "Basically he dont chew food". The movement she puts food, he immediately swallow it. Like that we are feeding him. Even banana also he dont chew. 3.  Now we are expecting second child.  But main fear we are facing is he dont eat food  not even  any fruit also. Doctor, Please advice how to make him to eat food his own and how to teach him to chew food.

My daughter is 85 days old and has not pooped for 9 days straight. She is not showing any difficulties. I understand that this is common in infants but please clarify upto how many days it is okay for her to not poop. What can be done to make this better?

My baby has  mild cough from past 20 to 25 days now it reduced , I have given syrup according to doc. Is it ok to give 10th week immunization vaccination to him now??

Hi Doctor My 2 year old son had fever and cold last week. Fever lasted for a day and cold for 3-4 days. Now he is coughing occasionally and it seems there is little mucus in the throat while he coughs. Which syrup is to during this time and should I give him milk and its products and banana during this time? Thanks

Hi, my child who is almost 36 days old is taking milk regularly but not sleeping for past 2 days. After every feed when he make him sleep, he automatically wake up after 5-10 mins and start crying and chew his hand. We are giving him breast feed and formula milk both in sufficient amount still ask for more milk by chewing his hands or bib. Also giving colicaid on daily basis. Could you suggest what must be the problem is

Hello Doctor, My son is 10 months old and he is having cold ( basically running nose and in night block nose only) since last almost 2 weeks. Consulted one doctor and he gave Hydroxyzine hydrochloride drops ,Nasivion nasal drop and ambrodil-s for 5 days but no success, situation is same.Now doctor says don't give medicine and leave it like that, it will improve automatically. But it's been 2 weeks and it's not improving. In night when he sleeps makes noise, snores very much. Kindly suggest sometime. Can I give antibiotics like zinthum ds and zincup to boost immunity? Plz suggest what to do. Thank you.

I have 7 months boy baby and he is breastfed. My baby is resistant to cefixime, Can I take Taxim o 200 antibiotics for my self, will it effect my baby as he is resistant to that.
