She is 3 month old and suddenly I saw a white patch near her chin.. what's the reason of the patch ?

My son is 1 month old . He has a cough from 10 days.. doctor suggested nasal spray but no improvement seen.. now he has a fever 100 With cough . Wheezing sound comes from chest.. also giving steam for cough what can i do

My 2.4 years son's nose is blocked since last 12 days. His pediatrics asked me to give him asthakind dx initially but it didn't work. After that he asked to give him timinic cold, it didn't work too. Although his chest is clear and he doesn't have cough still I am not getting the reason of his nose blockage. He is not comfortable specially when he is sleeping. Please help.

My daughter's throat has some wet cough (like ಪಿತ್ತ), it's neither coming out upon coughing nor going in upon swallowing. It blocks the nose and become difficult for breathing and heard a kind of snoring while sleeping because of this.. Tried Zocef (cefuroxime axetil) dry syrup for 5 days. Still it didn't clear. Kindly suggest a medicine.

My son weight 11.3kgs, and 14months old is having cough i.e. he is actually coughing from 2 days. He got this infection from me. I'm taking the necessary medicine and I'm giving him Prospan 2 ml twice a day. But no use. He coughs 5-6 times a day and even at night in his sleep he coughs. His appetite for solid food has also reduce significantly. He drinks lot of milk and dal soup. But very less solid food . He gets nauseated if we feed him solid food and tries to vomit but does not vomit. Pls suggest all do's and don'ts and if I need to give any more medicine or any home remedy. He also sneezes occasionally. And the temperature outside in my area is 21° he doesn't have fever and is fully active.

My daughter is 9 years old. She was covid positve.on 6 Jan. But before covid 4 rabies vaccins are given one was remaining. But due to covid we are unable to give. Today last vaccine given after discussion with doctor. She said yes but in night she has fever 99.9. No cold no cough only nose is blocked. Is this fever due to vaccine or because of post covid or reinfection?
