My daughter is 9 days old. We have done new born screening test on 2nd day. This test shows elevated levels of 17-OPH - 66.2 ng/ml (expected: <30 ng/ml). Please tell me how severe is this.

My baby is 12 days old and sometimes when he is in sleep, he starts shaking hands and legs and it continued until he is sleeping. I am not clear why it is happening.
