My 2 month old baby has done greenish colour potty after 2 days . Is there some thing to worry about this

My daughter is having 99/100 fever after her 14 weeks vaccination. We have given crocin drops 7drops every 8 hours  since yesterday we are following the same, but she's in pain/fever, vomtiing. Fever is continuing after the crocin drops given. Her weight is 5.5kg. Please suggest what to do  any other precautions we need to follow? Thanks in advance,
